The Kurdistan Citizen Satisfaction Index (KCSI) is a research project that studies how citizens in the Kurdistan Region view their living conditions, government performance, public services, and economic opportunities. The report aims to provide useful insights that help improve the quality of life and guide future policymaking.Our role was to design the complete KCSI document, presenting complex research data in a clear, professional, and visually appealing way. The process began with several meetings with the client to understand the research goals and the data collected. Based on this understanding, we created a design structure that organizes information clearly and helps readers navigate the content with ease. The final result features a clean layout, clear typography, and informative infographics, designed to highlight key findings and make the data easy to understand. This document not only communicates the research effectively but also reflects the professionalism and credibility of the project.
